Step 1: Check the Availability Calendar below to determine the dates available for your booking.

Step 2: Contact Juanita via WhatsApp or email to request a personalized quote.

Step 3: When submitting your booking request, please include the following details: desired dates of stay, number of adults and children in your group, and any inquiries regarding our Special Quarterly Rates.

Step 4: After sending your request, the Sunset Beach Club 102 team will promptly respond to confirm your booking and provide payment options for Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or direct payments to the owner.

Note: Minimum booking duration is 4 days.

Exclusive Weekend Offer (Check-in on Friday, Check-out on Sunday) This arrangement can be made with management. Cost: Accommodation fee of R5000 and a pre/post cleaning fee of R500. Total cost: R5500, which includes access to the swimming pool, water park, etc. Additionally, WiFi, DStv, and Netflix are provided.

To confirm and secure your booking, the full deposit must be paid within 48 hours. Please note that we only accept Direct Bank Deposit or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) as payment methods. Unfortunately, we do not have credit card facilities available.

Once our team has confirmed and accepted your booking, we will provide you with our banking details for Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) payment.

Please take note that a deposit is required promptly to secure your booking. The specific amount of the deposit will be discussed and confirmed with you.

The outstanding balance of your payment should be settled at least 2 months prior to your scheduled arrival. If needed, we can also organize an installment payment arrangement for the remaining balance, subject to prior agreement.

Prices:

Winter: From R1000 per night for winter promotions – (2 people) – couple special. Small kids included.

Out of season:The prices can be negotiated within the range of R1300 to R2000, depending on the number of people. For the best price options, specials, and available cancellations, please contact us via WhatsApp at 079 522 9308.

School holidays and Peak season: Prices are reserved in advance for payment settlement. It is advisable to make early bookings to secure your accommodation and allow ample time for payment. Please inquire separately for peak season and holiday prices.
