1. To confirm and secure your booking, the full deposit must be paid within 48 hours. Please note that cash payments are not accepted. Instead, we only accept Direct Bank Deposits or Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT). Kindly note that we do not have credit card facilities available. After making the payment, it is crucial to send the proof of payment to Juanita for verification purposes.
2. The condo is rented based on the number of available beds for guests, and unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any excess beyond that number (including children), unless special arrangements have been made with management. We strive to be flexible and accommodating, so please feel free to discuss any specific requirements with us.
3. Each unit is limited to a maximum of two cars. Please note that there is one undercover parking space available per unit.
4. The premises must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure and can only be occupied after 15:00 PM on the day of arrival. However, we are flexible and special arrangements can be made with management. Please discuss any specific requirements with us.
5. Upon departure: It is essential to return the keys to the safe located at the front door. The remote control must be placed in the safe at the “infinity” location, outside the Beach Club.
6. Once the initial deposit and payments is paid, no refunds will be permitted (non negotiable), as per management discretion regarding the cancellation and reasons therefore, the only refunds will be made for death and hospitalization. Any cancellation will have a penalty of a cancellation fee of R2000 (to cover for admin, agent and re-advertisement fees). The remaining balance must be paid off as agreed upon with Juanita, with the final payment due 2 months prior to the scheduled arrival date. In the event that a stay needs to be canceled, an alternative date can be arranged between both parties or a new tenant can be provided to cover the full duration of the booking at the same cost. 
7. By making the payment of the deposit and/or occupying the reserved accommodation, it is understood that you have accepted these conditions, and they are legally binding for all tenants.
8. Rules and regulations are provided and are also available at the Condo. By making a booking, you acknowledge and accept all the rules and conditions outlined. Please note that pets are NOT allowed.
9. Outside guests are strictly prohibited from utilizing the premises for braai, swimming, or partying. We have a strict policy against loud parties. These regulations are in place to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all residents.
10. Under no circumstances should furniture or crockery be moved around within the units. We kindly request that all items remain in their designated positions to maintain the integrity and condition of the accommodation.
11. We cannot be held responsible for any losses or inconveniences experienced by tenants due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government regulations (including Covid restrictions), or other unforeseen events.
12. Sunset Beach Club cannot be held liable for any injuries or breakages that may occur during your stay on our premises. In the event of any breakage or missing items, please promptly report them to our team. Upon arrival, a list will be provided for your reference, and you will be held responsible for any breakages listed upon your departure. Any applicable charges will be invoiced accordingly or deducted from your breakage deposit.
13. Please note that in the event of early departure, no credit will be provided for shortening your stay. You are responsible for the full duration of the period booked and will be charged accordingly.
